1.The goal of the committee is to work more efficiently with IRS Stakeholder Liaison as well as with the States of NJ, and PA by continuing an open dialog and meeting with representatives from each authority twice per year.
2.The open dialog is held to share issues of concern to NJSEA, and to find common resolutions and feedback from the taxing authorities. The substance, results and resolutions from these dialogs is to be shared with NJSEA membership to benefit them keeping the members informed.
A GR committee meeting is held monthly, and all members are invited to attend and voice their issues and concerns to us. Our committee meetings is a way to collect all points, ranking them
in what we believe is highest to lowest in impact and importance. Those issues get presented to the authorities as appropriate.
Members can also email when they have something to share that is important but not urgent.
The committee participates in quarterly Practitioner Liaison meetings. Notes from those meetings get shared with members on the website or newsletter.
